The Public presents: A Bank Holiday, Black Country Band Bonanza.
Support from God Damn and Obscure Pleasures
Headliners The Black and Reds are an unmissable rock and roll two piece with a difference. Ash Sheehan, the band’s front man, is also the explosive drummer. He is joined by Greg Lake, a formidable rock guitarist. This band never fails to entertain.
Support comes from Wolverhampton's God Damn - two like-minded guitarists and one power house of a drummer combine elements of early heavy metal with hardcore, blues and progressive rock. God Damn are receiving consistent airplay from Kerrang! A band to look out for
Opening a great evening are West Bromwich’s own Obscure Pleasures – with influences ranging from The Cure and Joy Division they fuse Indie with elements of other genres including electro, goth and synth pop.
