Feel Good - Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Mind Space have been working in partnership with The Public and Transcendence Yoga to offer a series of unique workshops.

On Saturday 1 December experienced teachers Adam Dacey and Gary Tranter will be running a workshop, An Introduction to Meditation and Yoga.

Throughout the 3 hour workshops pick up a life enhancing techniques regardless of your experience.

Yoga and Meditation - The Good Stuff:

  • Reduce stress
  • Increase flexibility
  • Be more calm
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Overcome anxiety
  • Increase positivity

Each workshop is from 10am-1pm

Suitable for ages 16+
