After successfully raising over £3500 for the Pakistan Flood Appeal in 2010, Hope return to The Public in May with a series of fundraising events to raise money for the victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami disasters.
On Friday 6 May, U2 tribute band, Achtung Baby will performing at the West Bromwich arts centre, as visitors are encouraged to dig deep into their pockets to help raise worthy funds for the Japanese Red Cross. Highly regarded as one of the pioneering tribute acts having formed in the early nineties, the much loved four piece will be performing hits such as ‘Out of Control’, ‘Vertigo’ and ‘Angel of Harlem’. The performance begins at 8pm with tickets priced at £6 advanced and concessions, and £8 on the door.

On Friday 6 and Saturday 7 May visitors will also be encouraged to enter a charity raffle with a host of fantastic prizes on offer. Tickets are just £1.

7. A pair of tickets to any event at The Public in West Bromwich
8. A pair of Leisure Pass Gold memberships for a month each to be used in the Sandwell Leisure Trust facilities

10. Autographed photo's from some East Enders Characters
