Recycled Puppet Show

Birmingham based Blossom Theatre will be bringing a unique, green and interactive comedy production, the ‘Recycled Puppet Show’, to The Public on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 February.

The audience participatory show, which features a cast made entirely of recycled materials, will see a collection of weird and wonderful recycled puppets go on a magical journey to the Castle of Dreams.

Over the course of the two days, puppet making workshops will take place prior to each performance where budding participants will be encouraged to create their own cuddly cast member using their old (clean!) socks.

Each creation will then be invited to join in the production and feature alongside leading puppet duo Doug and Belinda.

Ideal for under 10’s, the ‘Recycled Puppet Show’ is a great fun-filled activity for the whole family.

Each participant is encouraged to bring their own socks to the workshop so they can make their own puppet.
