Directed by Jeanie Finlay
Nottingham-based filmmaker Jeanie Finlay has developed a reputation for off-beat documentaries including Teenland and Goth Cruise.
For her latest film she has trained her camera on the employees and punters of Sound It Out, Teesside’s last surviving independent record shop, and crafted a moving portrait of vinyl obsessions.
Jeanie is currently working with Multistory in West Bromwich on a project about happiness, and we’re delighted that she will be present after the film to talk about her work.
