As part of our forthcoming Light Up Digital exhibition, we're calling for photographers from across the region to help us brighten up the winter months by sending us your favourite 'light' themed images.

Light Up Digital, a fascinating celebration of light and dark, includes work by cutting edge digital artists, Anti-VJ.

To complement the exhibition we're looking for local photographers to take inspiration from the theme of light and dark, and submit their best shots for display within our gallery.

From traffic trails to stunning sunsets, colourful light drawings to beautiful light prisms, impressive fireworks displays to sparkling Christmas lights - all are welcome! Let your imagination run wild!

A selection of the best images submitted will be displayed as part of “Light Up Digital” from 7 November to 3 February and feature on our online gallery.  Click here to view the online gallery.

How to take part:

- To submit your images simply click here and fill out the form, and choose “Lights” as your desired gallery.

- You can include the title of your photograph and any other information in the “comments” field.

Deadline: Please submit your images before Friday 26 October.
