The Public was designed to stimulate imaginations and foster creativity.
The Public was able to offer these interns and apprentices real live experience in a varity of skill areas, such as exhibition installation, curation and front of house. Many interns went on to work in the industry.
The Public ran extensive work experience and intern programmes. One of the major tenants, Learnplay foundation, hosted up to 150 young apprentices. They were learning skills involved in designing and building video games.
